We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our bathroom products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Commercial Toilets & Urinals
  • Flush Valves
  • Custom-order Roman Tub Faucets
  • Special order Drop-In and Corner Bathtubs
  • Opened packages of Grab Bars and Robe Hooks
  • Installation supplies (sealants, mounting hardware) once opened
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received and processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
  • For commercial customers with bulk orders, we’ll prioritize expedited replacement shipping

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
