Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note:

  • Custom or special order items (including commercial toilets, urinals, and flush valves) cannot be returned
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Installation supplies (sealants, mounting hardware) cannot be returned once opened

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Return Request

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship the package to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Damaged or Defective Items
